Rock a Hula!
City Steps is a full weekend of dancing in the streets as part of MDI’s LEAP 2010 – the city’s year long festival of dance. Commissioned by Culture Liverpool and backed by Arts Council England, City Steps will see MDI with local, national and international dancers take over Liverpool.
