Edge Hill Station, Festival.

Lovecraft proudly strut around Liverpool like a gang of unruly psychic bullies, laughing and swearing at clothes shop assistants, internet cafe proprieters, boring people and butchers alike, letting nothing stand in their way as they peddle their freakadelic prog-pop hymns in the name of cosmic bliss. Their music can sound like anything from 80's space pop about doomed Telepathic love to squelchy freakouts about consensual cannibalism. Some mock them, others weep with joy at having their dusty ears caressed by Lovecraft's electrifying sounds. On average, only the criminally insane and lonely elderly astronauts seem to understand Lovecraft, but don't worry - soon you will too.

a second opportunity to see Paul Fred Kelly's film 'Pam's Alterations' (with the live score performed by Rebecca Joy Sharp)

Former members from Edge Hill’s British Rail Brass Band met at Edge Hill Station on Saturday 13th November for a one-off performance which began a whole evening of festivities.
