The Grasmere in the Lake District in the UK 05/03/2011

Grasmere is a charming village right in the heart of the Lake District National Park in Cumbria, England. Within easy reach are the honeypot towns of Ambleside, Keswick, Hawkshead, Coniston, Bowness and Windermere.

A very popular walk which can give you a feel of being in the mountains.

An easy walk to follow but with a steep climb to Easedale Tarn itself with some rough ground on the descent.

Easedale Tarn, Cumbria, Lake District.
Highest Point: 290m/980ft
