Painting Leaves on Trees in Oil or Acrylic

This very loose method of painting leaves can produce some amazing results. i have used this technique with many mediums including house paint on murals. The paint should be thin enough to come off the brush with one dab. Paint wet-on-wet if you wish. try to keep your colors separated and crispy, especially on the foreground trees. Clean the brush by pulling it through a rag each time before reloading . The bristles should be moist with paint and squeezed to a chisel point before loading. (Len Hend)
