The big challenge with CP used in a photo-realistic manner (as with oils and acrylics) is that it's quite a time consuming medium - but extremely satisfying by all accounts. There are very few professional coloured pencil artists willing and able to show their skills on camera - which is probably why you'll struggle to find any DVDs on the topic other than the basics.

The first short lesson covers materials and set up. The next 3 lessons cover different elements of the image and last between 10-20 mins. It took a lot more planning and editing than is probably evident and THEY are really hoping you like the results.
